Brian Will is the inspiration for the SideArm Rack. He is a Florida licensed general contractor with over 30 years in the industry. He has owned and operated New South Homes for more than 24years, and has extensive experience managing people and projects. Brian has also served in leadership roles with the Tallahassee Builders Association, The Florida Home Builder Association, and various civic and charitable organizations.
Ken Kniepmann has over 25 years of experience in entrepreneurial organizations, and has managed multi-million dollar operations. He brings expertise in the areas of technology, operations, business management and insurance. Ken has been responsible for leading product design and production of the SideArm Rack.
